IITF 2026 Runs 13–27 November at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi

In short: The India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2026 will be held from 13 to 27 November 2026 at Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan), New Delhi. It is organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), and this year’s theme is “Vikas aur Virasat” (Development and Heritage).

Why founders should care

IITF is India’s largest consumer and trade fair. State and Union Territory pavilions showcase regional industries, crafts and food, and many state governments, departments and corporations take space for MSMEs, artisans, startups and self-help groups. For a small brand, it’s one of the few places to meet distributors, corporate gifting buyers and exporters in a fortnight. You also see thousands of real shoppers react to products and prices.

How to take part

  • As an exhibitor: stall space this close to the fair is mostly allotted through state pavilions and government bodies. Ask your state’s industries department, MSME office or rural livelihood mission whether they have space for women entrepreneurs or SHGs. Some states subsidise stalls.
  • As a visitor: the fair usually opens with business days before the general public days. Business days are the best time to meet buyers. Check ITPO’s site for dates and tickets.
  • Prepare: carry a one-page catalogue with prices, minimum order and lead times, a WhatsApp number with a catalogue set up, and a UPI QR code.
