Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to orders on the Sakhi Sangini Founders Market, operated by Fidus Synergies LLP.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within India only. Some Founders may deliver only to certain areas (for example, fresh food within a city); this is shown on the product page and at checkout.
Who ships your order
- Founder products are packed and shipped by the Founder from her own location, using India Post or a courier partner.
- Sakhi Sangini merchandise is printed on demand and shipped by our fulfilment partner.
- If your cart has items from more than one Founder, they arrive as separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

Remote areas and the North-East may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays by courier partners, weather or public holidays can happen.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Some products include free shipping.
Tracking and updates
You receive updates when your order is confirmed, packed, shipped (with courier name and tracking number) and delivered, by email and, if you opted in at checkout, on WhatsApp. You can also see tracking under My Account → Orders.
Failed delivery
Please give a complete address and a reachable phone number. If a parcel returns because the address was wrong or the recipient was unavailable after attempts, we will contact you to reship (shipping may be charged again) or refund the item value.
Damaged parcels
If the outer packaging looks damaged, take a photo before opening. Report any damage within 7 days of delivery as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
