These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sakhisangini.com (the “Website”), operated by Fidus Synergies LLP, #1916, Sector 117, TDI City, Mohali, Punjab, India – 140301 (“Sakhi Sangini”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Sakhi Sangini is

Sakhi Sangini publishes content for women building businesses and runs the Founders Market, an online marketplace where independent women-led businesses (“Founders” or “Sellers”) sell their products and services, alongside Sakhi Sangini-branded merchandise. For Founder products, Sakhi Sangini acts as a marketplace platform: the contract of sale is between you and the Founder. Sakhi Sangini merchandise is sold by Sakhi Sangini directly and printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give accurate information, including a correct phone number and delivery address.

3. Products, prices and GST

  • Each product page shows the price, the Founder selling it, and any product-specific policy. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
  • Product images are representative. Handmade and natural products may vary slightly in colour, size or finish.
  • A tax invoice is issued by the seller of the item (the Founder, or Sakhi Sangini for merchandise), showing GST where the seller is GST-registered.
  • We or the Founder may correct pricing errors and may cancel orders placed at a clearly wrong price, with a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

  • Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation by email and, if you opted in, on WhatsApp.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Sakhi Sangini does not store your card details.
  • A Founder may decline an order (for example, if an item is out of stock); you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds

These are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Founders (sellers)

  • Founders join after approval by Sakhi Sangini and must comply with our seller terms and all applicable laws, including consumer protection, GST, FSSAI, legal metrology and labelling rules for their products.
  • Founders are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and safety of their products, packing, dispatch and after-sales service.
  • Sakhi Sangini may suspend or remove listings or stores that breach these Terms or the law.

7. Content and intellectual property

Articles, stories, designs, logos and other content on the Website belong to Sakhi Sangini or the respective Founders and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for sharing links or short quotes with credit. Information on the Website is general guidance only; see our Disclaimer.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Website: no fraud, fake orders, abusive messages, scraping, or attempts to break security. We may suspend accounts involved in misuse.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sakhi Sangini’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

10. Grievances

Phone: +91 70870 79421. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, courts at Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
