Monsoon not only brings rain and beautiful cold breezy weather but also humidity and after heat. And it has adverse effects on some people’s skin. As weather and season change you should also change your skincare routine a little bit. Along with that, you need to take care of your body from the inside. Eat food rich in vitamin c, antioxidants and eat more fruits and vegetables. Following your daily skincare routine with these changes may now be the best and most effective thing you can do for your skin. So, if you want to have good skin during the monsoon, here are some suggestions.

So the first step is to use soap-free face wash and cleansers.Make use of gentle facewashes and cleansers.

Toners are the next stage inthe skincare process. Toners should be applied after patting dry your face because your skin is moisturised and will absorb toner more quickly and deeply. Toners that do not contain alcohol should be used instead.

Moisturising is the stage in skincare. Even if your skin is oily, you should not omit this step. Switch to a jojoba oil-rich moisturiser during the monsoon season.

After you’ve completed these steps, don’t forget to apply sunscreen. Use sunscreen with an SPF of 15 to 50, depending on your type.

For nighttime skincare, repeat the cleaning and toning steps, then add a vitamin C serum and a light night cream.

Use an eye cream to keep your under eyes hydrated.

With all of this skincare on a daily basis, exfoliate once a week to remove dead skin cells, then apply a mask based on your needs, and finish with a moisturiser.
