The health of your skin is just as vital as the condition of your internal organs. We all want to look beautiful and have healthy skin, but we must remember that in today’s hectic world, this is not something that comes automatically. We must put forth the effort and give it time.

Some things should be done for our skin and others that we should attempt to stay away from as much as possible.

Makeup may make us look more attractive and enhance our characteristics, but it won’t work if we don’t have healthy, flawless skin.

But I have compiled the best dos and don’ts for your skin.

Do’s

Hydrate

The fundamental to everything that happens in your body is hydration. Our bodies require at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Drink enough water every day to keep your skin looking healthy and radiant. If you forget to drink water, set a reminder on your phone.

Your skin will glow and your whole body health will improve after drinking enough water daily.

Exfoliate

Exfoliation is an important part of your skincare routine. If you have dead skin cells on your skin, it will appear dull, and there may be the possibility of acne in some circumstances.

Exfoliate once a week to keep your skin clean and healthy. It will also improve the texture of your skin.

Protect

The most important thing we can do is protect our skin from the sun. Make it a practice to apply sunscreen to your skin every morning, even if you don’t plan on going out.

It will improve the health of your skin and help to avoid wrinkles and sagging.

Detoxify

For healthy skin, use a mask twice a week. Applying a mask to your skin will tighten it and supply all of the necessary nutrients from the outside.

Dont’s

Overuse

Because your skin is sensitive, and as the season’s change, so does your skin. As a result, you should keep your skincare simple and avoid using too many products.

Make your nightly and morning skincare routines as simple as possible, using products that are right for you. Don’t use too many products, and be gentle with your skin.

Overeat

We have constant cravings for junk food and harmful foods. However, for healthy skin, you must try to maintain control and transition from junk food to healthy foods.

Instead of junk food, stock up on fruits and vegetables. Begin with small steps.

Under sleep

If you don’t get enough sleep, you’ll have puffy eyes, stress acne, and terrible skin. Sleep for at least 7 hours a day to maintain good skin. Make sleeping on time a habit.
