Monsoon Hair Care Tips
The monsoon season can be challenging. It can be challenging to deal with abrupt breakouts and greasy scalps, especially when there is a deluge of unreliable information available online.
So, rather than surfing the internet, listen to what professionals have to say. As a result, I’ve created a list of dermatologist-approved monsoon hair care tips.
First and foremost, you must oil your scalp and hair. The single biggest hair mistake is not feeding the scalp and hair with coconut-based hair oil.
Coconut-based hair oil, on the other hand, loosens dirt, penetrates 10 times deeper to moisturise, and coats the shaft internally to protect it from excessive humidity. Furthermore, coconut-based hair oil degrades to lauric acid, a strong anti-inflammatory that helps to prevent monsoon scalp infections. As a result, oil your hair often, use a gentle shampoo, and avoid using conditioner on your scalp because it can irritate it.
2 habits that one should do for hair:
- Oiling and weekly mask or pack for scalp and hair are a must.
- Drinking enough water for hydration.
Alcohol-containing products that are overly drying or moisturising should be discarded. Get a decent PH balanced cleanser with oil control for cleansing.
A diet high in protein and antioxidants is essential for healthy skin and hair. Make sure you follow a proper ski skin cared hair care routine. Throw items that are old or expired, or that are too drying or hydrating for your skin.
At least once a week, massage your scalp with coconut-based hair oil. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and protecting your skin and hair from the sun.
